Drive Terms (excluding wedding packages)
25% deposit per vehicle required, minimum of £50, balance due 30 days prior to service. Services under £150 require payment in full at time of booking.
A cancellation charge of 25% / £50 minimum per car per service applies after booking is made, if less than 7 days’ notice is received 100% charge will apply. A cancellation invoice will be supplied for insurance claims. Prices & services subject to change. A vehicle up-grade will be provided free of charge should the required vehicle not be available.
Prices shown are subject to change due to locations, late / early hours, Bank Holidays, routes etc. The requirement from each client is different and a quote will be provided based on the information received. A quote is valid until set expiry date and will not change however it is subject to excess charges such as excess mileage, waiting time and additional parking charges due to delays
Our fleet are fully valeted and inspected before and after each transfer. Any damage caused by passengers will be identified and will be notified to the person who booked the transfer within 24 hours. Any repairs required due to the damage will be invoiced accordingly.
